Yes, cultural ignorance leads to missed opportunities and increased interpersonal

conflict. When it comes to addressing togetherness, cultural illiteracy, especially in a


society with so many different cultures, poses a serious threat. The residents of a
country would be separated into different tribes that would fight each other if cultural
ignorance was promoted. In the worst-case scenario, the country will be surrounded
by internal conflicts. If such a split occurs, the country's progress would come to a halt,
and numerous possibilities will be lost. Only a united country, or even a united
organization, will be able to fully exploit opportunities.
