Exercise- it’s fun and hard.

I first got interested in exercising and practicing sports because of my dad. Ever
since I was a small child he’s been encouraging me to practice sports and exercise.

I remember how we used to run together every morning . We’d wake up at 6 am


and then after a healthy breakfast we went on our way. We would run in the
nearby forest. It was a great bonding activity and a wonderful way to spend time
with each other.

Once I got older however I started doing something more serious. At my fathers
recommendation I started practicing calisthenics and lifting weights. Its been a lot
more challenging and I had to give up on my morning jogs, but the results were
well worth it.

I enjoy working out because of the benefits of such an activity. By working out I
train my muscles, I become stronger better and more disciplined. At the same
time I become motivated to be the best possible version of myself . The feeling of
blood moving trough your Veins and the adrenaline you get from working out are
to die for.

Exercising is one of the healthiest activities someone can do and they are a great
way to spend our time.
