I. Brief Rationale
Testing is a method used to measure the level of achievement or performance of
the learners. It tells what level of knowledge or skill has been acquired. It is also
finding out how well our test material works. All tests provide information about
students learnings that help us (teachers and parents) instruct students better and help
them succeed.
