Project: Roads and Infrastructure in West Muaither


Roads and Infrastructure in West Muaither is located within Zone 55 of Al
Rayyan Municipality. The project covers an area of approximately 212 hectares. The
area is a mix of existing low to medium density housing with associated, schools,
parking, mosques and commercial and government centers.

Project: Barwa City


Project consist of 395 Typical building (G+4) and infra structure for the whole
city with treatment sewage plant , total budget 5 billion QR

Project Renovation

 Supervises project planning engineers and review all aspects of planning,


schedules and progress monitoring.
 Integrate Sub-contractors schedules with systems contractor in-order to
have well integrated and coordinated schedule accommodating all parties.
 Review Contract baseline programmes and updates same in accordance
with contract obligations and progress monitoring project procedures.
 Prepares look-ahead programmes to cover work planed for the immediate
future.
 Prepares detailed programmes for items requiring more detail than level
