    Fashion History

    The word fashion is of Latin origin. Italy is known


    as the heart of fashion. Fashion is meaning short
    time desire or want differently look like. If we
    need shortly describe of fashion we can say ın
    some period something become popular and
    demand is increased.
    When say fashion we can think dress but this is
    not correct because fashion have many option.
    For example; hat, footwear, music,art , buildings,
    theatre, food and many things. Mostly people say
    that the fashion started around 1900. Paul Poiret
    was assistant of Charles Worth.
    After this years Paul Poiret opened own store.
    Paul Poiret designed new dress and this dress
    fired fashion. While this times his job was very
    good but second world war appeared. He went
    second world war for help. When he came back
    he saw his job is going worse because new brands
    had appeared. This brand was Burberry, Chanel,
    Lanvin, Gucci and many famous brands of today.
