Sub: Provisional NOC for Home Loan Balance Transfer from PNB Housing Finance Limited to ICICI Bank Limited for
Mr. Arun Sadashiv Shitole and Mrs. Yojana Arun Shitole

We are aware that Mr. Arun Sadashiv Shitole and Mrs. Yojana Arun Shitole had availed home loan from PNB Housing
Finance Limited for purchasing Flat No. 1004 in B wing of the building known as “Veena Serenity” situated at Sahakar
Nagar Road no.3, Shell Colony Road, Chembur, Mumbai-400 071.

Now, Mr. Arun Sadashiv Shitole and Mrs. Yojana Arun Shitole has approached ICICI Bank Limited for taking over the
aforesaid loan from PNB Housing Finance Limited with ICICI BANK LTD.

We are hereby issuing this provisional NOC for the aforesaid home loan transfer purpose only. This NOC shall in no
way be construed as an NOC for resale of the above flat.

We agree to issue a Final No Objection Certificate in your favour as per ICICI BANK format (subject to such changes
as the society may deem fit) after receiving NO Dues from PNB Housing Finance Limited.
