specified requirements on the procurement order cannot be
met and/or if clarification or concessions are required on
any issue. Failure to provide the correct information /
certification shall lead to rejection of product(s) upon
receipt by BUYER

of product shall be carried out by SELLER.

A PQC Code to be assigned. SELLER to contact BUYER to

D Drilling Equipment: Certification Required

E Hazardous Substances / Safety data requirements in

accordance with applicable regulations.

PACKAGING: SELLER to deliver product with adequate in-transit and

storage protection from damage and / or deterioration

SPECIFICATIONS: All materials to be supplied in accordance with the

specifications relevant to the particular facility / asset.
SELLER to contact BUYER if clarification is required on
this issue.

CERTIFICATION: SELLER to supply, unless otherwise agreed, one copy of

certification as specified by the selection of one of the
following codes and the appropriate requirements therein.

signed by management, stating compliance with relevant
and specified manufacturing quality and test specifications.

1B Fully traceable heat / cast specific test certificates required,

showing acceptable results as set by the relevant material
specification (e.g. API, ASTM etc. EN 102033.1B or 3.1 C
as specified). (to include LOC as above)

superior to that of the OEM. Supplier to provide a Letter of
Assurance to that effect.

Product requires to be of Original Equipment Manufacturer

(OEM). FINAL DATA PACKAGE (Data Dossier)
