Activity 3: Mock Interview

1. If your colleagues had an opportunity to tell us your primary strength, what would that be? Your
primary weakness? What would that be?
 If given the opportunity, my primary strengths would be trustworthiness, discipline,
attentiveness, dedication to work and time management, and respect. Primary weaknesses
would be mistakes, lack of confidence, or experience. Maybe you're afraid to share what's
on your mind.

2. What do you do when others disagree with or oppose your ideas or actions?
 I would most likely accept their decision wholeheartedly because there are still
opportunities for me to share my ideas with everyone and come up with better ideas that
would undoubtedly benefit the group. Stay Positive Don’t take the rejection personally.
Look at the situation for opportunities. Making mistakes is how we all learn. Learn from
those mistakes and think about how you would do it differently next time.

3. What is your interpretation of "success"?

 Achieving success is not easy; you will face many challenges in life. You will either give
up or strive to survive. For me, success is about finding your main purpose in life and
living at your own peace and pace. Knowing your value and worth is a success for
yourself. Success is finding and living the path that God has prepared for you and being
able to share what you have accomplished in life. It is when you overcome the hardest
problems you encounter and survive that it is a success, because life is a battle. Success is
reaching your main goal without compromising moral or ethical principles, especially
those of other people. Success is an achievement in your life that means your hardships
and breakdowns have paid off, which for me, success is gratitude to yourself.

4. Suppose you are in a situation where deadlines and priorities change frequently and rapidly. How
would you handle it?
 The first thing I would probably do in that situation is focus, not waste time, and
complete the assigned tasks that are given to me immediately so that I am not pressured
and have a difficult time passing them on time, and to avoid experiencing a breakdown
and mental block that would affect my tasks.

5. Tell me about a time when you were part of a great team. What was your part in the success of
your team?
 I am a strong team player and will often take on a leadership role when given the
opportunity. I work very well with a team because I like the support of others. I find that I
help others when they are struggling, and I appreciate it when someone else helps me
when I have a question.
