Over the years, the issue of school nutrition has been debated and it is

more than true that in this period of our lives, the adolescence, healthy
foods are no longer consumed and this is due to the difference in taste,
but also due to certain inconveniences. Currently, the most suggestive
ways to consume this meal are school education programmes and to
ban unhealthy foods.

First of all, banning unhealthy food is a bad idea, because more than
likely, after school, students eat what they want and can bring food to
school and not go to the canteen. moreover, most teenagers do not
know the importance of this type of alimentation for this as well they
are not even aware of the seriousness of eating unhealthy food. maybe
it is a good part in this aspect, and that is that at least for a while
students would be more motivated to eat healthy being surrounded by
it.

On the other hand, education programs are better because the

transition would not be instantaneous but smoother and the goal
would have been achieved gradually. at the beginning the menu would
be half-healthy and maybe this way the students would be taught
faster to consume what is good for they. Indeed, at first this program
may have been accepted by some of them, but automatically the others
will be tempted to taste seeing the others eating.

I do not emphasize the fact that it is not possible, but personally the
educational programs would be a more advantageous step towards this
goal because it is about children and the rigorous approach and
therefore nothing should be imposed, but to be voluntary.
