or need to have a thorough understanding about this person. Imagine that you are interested in dating this
person. You desire to learn everything there is to know about them. You are interested in their income, shopping
habits, time and money expenditures, etc. Aren't these all similar to tough questions? In the end, you'll develop a
customer avatar.
