Explain and Analyze using Theory of Adler: “Matagal mamatay ang

masamang damo”
 We cannot deny that as a human, we have different subjective perceptions
which sometimes sways us or shapes our behavior and personality.
According to Adler, People often strive for superiority or success in order to
outweigh the inferiorities, however the way they strive is not based on
realities but on subjective perceptions of reality, such as fictions or
expectations of the future. One example nga is yung “ MATAGAL
MAMATAY ANG MASAMANG DAMO” this is considered as a fiction
we knew from our culture, which is considered as falsely true. But actually it
has no real existence yet gives more influence to people on their way of life.
Since ganito ang paniniwala ng iilan sa atin na kung masama kang tao eh
matagal ka “daw” mamatay, some changes their behavior into someone na
nagawa para mabago yung life mo, so it’s like wasting your time for
nothing. That is another thing counted to Hypocricy.

2. In the modern days, the world of gender preferences has been diverging
every single person on this world, it was once called the LGBTQ community
but later on it became LGBTQPLUS. For some who don’t belong to the
community, respected that they are different but still they are human like
everyone else, however some got confused and turn these people into
humiliations. If we are going to channel back to the theory of Carl Jung, he
said that an Anima is the belief that all humans are psychologically bisexual
for it possesses both the masculine and a feminine side. This anima is
believed to be originated from men’s early experiences with women such as
his mother, sister and lover which are combined to form a generalized
picture of a woman. This tells us that every man has their feminine sides, it
is shown by their moods and feelings which appears to be irrational moods.
So it could be that what’s happening to most of us, the rising generation of
LGBTQ Plus, are because of the continuous shaking of shadows in the
unconscious minds of men, towards the voice of their woman within. Same
with the Animus, which is the masculine archetype in women. It doesn’t
literally mean that they have these things within so they own them, they are
already what it defines it to be. Because it belongs to their collective
unconscious and originated from prehistoric women with men. It influences
their thinking capabilities and moods. Wherein it’s the explanation for their
irrational thinking and illogical opinions. This theory of Jung, would
probably be a big help for the rising issues in LGBTQ plus so they may
realize this a their remedy, but environment create a major contribution of
what has been happening and other factors as well so it might remain a
complex and complicated topic.

3. For once, or many times in our lives we have become lazy people, it’s as if it
is within us already. What Abraham Masslow taught us about Heirarchy of
Needs makes us aware of the higher level needs and lower level needs that
people must achieve in their lives. In every needs they must strive to fulfil
and become productive and healthy individuals. According to him, the
satisfaction of Conative, Aesthetic and Cognitive needs is basic to one’s
physical and psychological health and their frustration leads to some level of
illness. Thus healthy people desire to know more and find out great ways to
know things. So kapag ang tao ay tamad, it means wala siyang motivation to
do things, which is already an unhealthy style of living of a person because
he/she might just compensate these unsatisfied needs to such things like “at
least hindi ako napagod” or at least nakapag chill ako, things like that. Thus
they perpetuate an unhealthy life and have no value in striving self-
actualization.
