Starbucks’ Training and Development Program

Based upon the video, the Starbucks’ has been training their employees well
in terms of their services to the people. Most customers in the video stated that the
employees of Starbucks’ are very welcoming. Having the pleasant ambiance when
entering the store is just a simple point showing that they express positive attitude
and values towards the customers which is very essential in attracting more
customers. They are also knowledgeable when it comes to people asking about the
types of coffee they served, the prices and all. Some people there said that they are
easy to communicate with and easy in finding out what coffee they want. Plus,
they are also involved not only in their customers but also in the community, they
help by participating on cleaning drives which is also one way to know their
community and connect with people. Then they are considerate and genuine about
providing their services to the customers. Not only the quality of coffee that the
Starbucks have been well known for but also on how they treat their customers
well. It simply shows that the employees, with their respective positions are really
trained properly that’s why people’s stories of going back over and over again to
Starbucks’ is really amazing.
