how they prioritizing their employees as well as their customer is a big factor of their
success. In my experience being an employee, I really love how the owner or higher
position shows care to us employees. It is so rare in the business that kind of treatment.
Starbucks provide its employees education program through tuition reimbursement
program. The Starbucks call their employees partners because they are all partners in
shared success. They make sure everything they do is through the lens of humanity
from their commitment to the highest-quality coffee in the world, to the way they engage
with their customers and communities to do business responsibly.

Lastly, is their uniqueness in the ambiance of their stores, And by offering a


pleasurable and relaxing customer experience, Starbucks has been successful in
focusing the customers’ attention on the quality of the experience, the enjoyable
memories that can be woven together in its stores and not on the pricing of its products.
They experiment and innovate some products like bread to compliment with the coffee
drinks.
