can decrease our ability to function
at work and at home.
• Reasons for having a depression
• There’s no one reason for depression
because a lot of things influence
wether a person gets depressed.
• -some of it, is Biology things like
genes, brain chemistry and
hormones.Things like stress using
alcohol and drug and hormones
changes also affect the brain’s
delicate chemistry and mood.
• Some is environment including
social and family situations we
face or other difficult life
events such as parents divorce
or separate, such as poverty,
homelessness, or violence can
trigger depression.
• And some is personality.
• All these can shape wether or
not a person becomes
depressed.
• Through regular exercise we
can fight being depressed
because it has significant
benefits being higher self
esteem, better life satisfaction
• And fewer negative thoughts
that are good for our mental
health to decide better.
• Exercises for those who have
depression are aerobics
exercises including jogging,
swimming, cycling, walking,
gardening and dancing.
• These cardio activities helps to
refresh our mind.
