CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract made and entered into by and between RIDGEMONT FEEDMILL INC, hereinafter
represented by its Corporate Secretary MANUEL JEFF E. CUCULLO III

KAMALJEET, of legal age, Indian Citizen and with address at UNIT 4016-4F City Land Tower, Vito Cruz
Malate Manila herein after referred to as EMPLOYEE

-WITNESETH-

That the EMPLOYER Re-hires the employee as a FINANCE MANAGER for a period of three (3) years
which will commence on Feb.14,2022- February 13, 2026;

That as a FINANCE MANAGER, she has the following duties and responsibilities:

 Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information

 Predicting future financial trends

 Repoprting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future
business decisions might be impacted

 Producing financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, account receivables, expenses
etc.

 Developing long-term business plans based on these reports

 Reviewing, monitoring and magaing budgets

 Developing strategies that work minimise financial risk

 Analysing market trends and competitors

That the Employee shall receive a monthly salary THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P35,000.00)
plus housing accommodation, airfare from Philippines to China once a year, transportation allowances
and Mid Year Bonus and other fringed benefits from our company.

That this Contract of Employment may be renewed upon agreement of terms and conditions of
both parties.
