chasing that fleeting “fairytale feeling”. True love is about compatibility, commitment, and dependability. And it takes a lot of time and effort to
make a relationship work. Have you found you …

Love is much more than a feeling, it’s a decision to choose that person over and over again.

When I was watching this, I was checking of the boxes just to make sure it was true love, the person I'm currently in a relationship with is
something I can't just describe because there is so much hope and dedication that I share with them that it's overwhelming sometimes. I
hadn't heard from them in months, until Saturday, when I got an anonymous call that turned out to be them. We rarely ever see each other,
and it turns out that they had moved, not out of state though which is very fortunate. We both started crying when we heard each other's
voices for the first time in what felt like a very long time, it was almost alien to her their voice again, but I was overjoyed that I could hear from
them again. What really hurts is that I just started high school (my significant other is a grade lower than me), they are in a different school
and my parents are downgrading every dream I have of keeping some of my friends after school and still having a strong relationship with
them. This is only because they each only have one friend from school that they never talk to but still have in their contacts or on Facebook.
What they don't know is that I will NOT be like them. And I will find a way to keep what I have.

This is probably the best description of what “true love” is that I’ve ever heard. All boxes were ticked in my past relationship with my partner,
who unfortunately passed away in 2015. I still am aching that he’s gone. xxx

the lesson I've learned about "true love" is, when its mutual. No chasing, no forcing. Mutual feelings, mutual efforts. It feels so peaceful, calm,
like coming home.

I’m sure there are a lot of polyamorous people out there in truly deeply loving relationships who would take issue with number seven.

I watched this video a few years ago when I was with my ex and kept justifying why not all of these qualities are needed to have true love.
Just rewatched it today because it came up on my recommended and guys, I think I have it. I found mine.

Watching this I realize I've never been truly loved. And I'm finally ok with it. Learning to respect and love oneself enough to not be a target or
doormat for another person is also a form of true love. I'm grateful for the life lessons and I'm happy to be alive I
wish everyone peace and happiness!!

I think another important and almost bittersweet thing I’ve learned now as I’ve gotten older is that even with all these components of love at
play between two people, it is still never a guarantee to being together forever. Also, that maybe the goal of relationships is to be or become
their truest form for however long they are meant to last, and grow from or within each one.
