Question 1: If you are going to evaluate yourself who are you as a teacher of P.E?

-Good athletic ability and knowledge of the human body.

-Good leadership and communication skills.

-Strong ability to motivate and inspire.

-Good initiative, and problem solving skills.

-Ability to remain calm and show empathy.

-Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.

Question 2: what are the skill that you want to develop in order for you to be an effective PE teacher?

Some qualities of a good teacher include skills in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability,
empathy and patience. Other characteristics of effective teaching include an engaging classroom
presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices and a lifelong love of learning.

Question 3: What have you learned from the article?

In the teaching profession, it's apparent that the teacher must be skilled in the subject area in terms of
knowledge, as well as having an outstanding character. Having dealt with the characteristic of an
effective teacher, it may be helpful to consider the theoretical background to the study of personal
characteristic of teachers, especially physical education. Based on a specific leadership theory, it argues
that many demands that are brought to bear on the teacher-learner interaction process.
