1. Classroom Environment - This is one of the factor to have an effective
teaching and learning process. Further, the physical environment of the
classroom needs to be a friendly environment, it means that it has
enough space for the learner to study and learn well. The colors must be
light and nature like color. To follow the exact checklist of the classroom.
The armchairs must be arrange properly where the teachers table must
be center front of the classroom. The classroom must have a reading
corner or study corner where the learners can study well. There is a
bulletin board where the announcement will posted on it. The classroom
must well ventilated and well lighted. Having this kind of environment in
the classroom it will really attract the learners to go to school everyday
end eager to learn because of the beautiful environment of the
classroom.

2. Rules - Another factor to have an effective classroom management is

through implementing classroom rules and regulations. The teacher
should be firm and a model on the implemented rules on the first day of
class. In addition, the rules must not be biased, it must cater the diverse
cultures of the learners. And the most important rules to be remembered
at all times is to Respect one another.

3. First and foremost, to discipline the learners properly, the teacher must
also have a self-discipline, in other words the teacher must be on time on
the class, must be kind on his/her words and a God fearing person. To
have that character as a teacher, I think there is a high percentage that
the learners will emulate the teacher. In addition, to discipline a learner
is one of the most difficult task as a teacher, because the learners have
diverse cultures and different up-brining, and thus, he/she must look
into it. Be calm at all times, though in reality, it so hard as a teacher,
especially when the learners cannot follow the instruction very well this
is the most important to have a good relationship to the learners.

4. Scheduling – This element is important to condition the learners in such

a way that the learners will be informed on the activities that is

scheduled in a week. Do not surprise your learners on having a quiz. The

learners also have a cleaning task and routines so that they will be
practice to be responsible in the class and in the future.

5. Organization- The classroom must be well organized in such way that on

the first week of class the student must already be organized or grouped
such us for cleaning, for instructional activities. In addition, the grouped
must be heterogeneous, from fast learner to a slow learner. In this
manner, the learners can inculcate the importance of being organized
and being responsible citizen in the future.

6. Instructional Technique- This is the core of teaching and learning

process. Without this there is no learning. That is why the teacher must
be a master on the subject matter he/she is teaching. Consequently, she
must vary his/her instruction based on the different learning styles of
the learner and this is a challenge to the teacher to make it happen.

7. Communication- In this key element that makes the learners learn.

Because of all the instructions most of it, the teacher communicates in
either verbal or non-verbal way. The important thing and most effective
way of teaching is that the teacher must be articulate in speaking and
writing to have a clearer instruction.
