1) What do you know about KinderKaizen and what interests you the most to join our
team?’
As what I learn about Kinderkaizen it is pure play school with an open space classroom.
It encourages children to explore and gain experiences. Kinderkaizen helps children to
use their creativity while playing. The most exciting was the no work book concept which
amaze me because I have been in preschool with tons of workbooks that children had to
complete by end of the year.
And about Kinderkaizen team, I have been following Mr.Vel on Instagram. He would
share the videos of the teachers during lessons, especially during Zoom. I loved the
cooperation and involvement from all the teachers. And I notice how teachers are
allowed to think out of the box and show their creativity. I hope I can too.
2) What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe the environment plays a major role. It should enhance the children’s interests
in all developmental domains. I believe learning in an early childhood environment is
done most successfully through stations that can be visited, explored, and revisited
again and again. The environment should take into consideration the social skills,
communication skills, physical abilities or challenges, and learning styles of the children
being served. Children should be given choices, responsibilities, and opportunities to
initiate their own learning. I believe observations and assessments are excellent tools to
use when planning curriculum. Observations not only aide in creating the curriculum but
also give insight into the development, knowledge and skill levels of each individual child.

3) What would your goals be for the first year?

For the first year in a new environment , I would focus on building trust and confidence
with my new little students. I also would like to gain more experience and knowledge in
pure play based learning.
4) What are your plans in the next 5 years?
I would like to continue my Educations to Master level and also would like to level up
my career Kinderkaizen as a trainer or principal.
5) What is your expected salary?
 Rm 2500.
