RE-ORGANIZING THE LUPON IN BARANGAY BIGO, ARTECHE, EASTERN

SAMAR, PROVIDING THEIR COMPOSITION AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHERAS, section 399 (a) of the Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the
Local Government Code of 1991 (Katarungang Pambarangay), states that “There is
hereby created in each barangay a Lupon Tagapamayapa, hereinafter referred to as
the Lupon”;

WHERAS, section 404 (a) of the Republic Act 7160, states that “There shall
be constituted for each dispute brought before the lupon a conciliation panel to be
known as the Pangkat ng Tagapagkasundo, hereinafter referred as the Pangkat;

WHEREAS, there is a need to enhance the effectiveness of the Katarungang

Pambarangay to support the road map of the barangay for the crime prevention and
suppression mission towards a peaceful community;

NOW THEREFORE, I HON. DIANA M. DONCERAS, Punong Barangay of
Barangay Bigo, Arteche, Eastern Samar, by virtue of the powers vested in me by
law, do hereby order the following:

SECTION 1. Reconstitution of the Lupon with the following composition:

SECTION 2. Repealing Clause – All previous executive orders and/or

issuances inconsistent herewith and deemed repealed and/or modified accordingly.
