A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT THE BARANGAY TANGBO, ARTECHE, EASTERN SAMAR IS

FREE AND CLEARED FROM ANY ORGANIZATION RELATED TO THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF
THE PHILIPPINES (CPP) THE NEW PEOPLE’S ARMY (NPA).

WHEREAS. The international community designated the Communist Party of the Philippines
and the New People’s Army as a foreign terrorist organization who continue to stage
atrocities and violent attracts against vulnerable target in the community.

WHEREAS, Barangayag Tangbo, Arteche, Eastern Samar fully support the Arm Forces of the
Philippines (AFP) and the Philippines National Police (PNP) in the maintenance of Peace and

Order in the community and suppression of lawless violence that creates havoc fear among
the populace.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Tangbo, Arteche, Eastern Samar on its
regular session on motion of Barangay Kagawad Hon. Jose Ricky O. Rebato, Chairman on
Peace and Order, declaring the Barangay Tangbo, Arteche, Eastern Samar is free and cleared
of any organization related to the communist party of the Philippines (CPP) the new
people’s army (NPA).

Resolved, as hereby resolve a resolution declearing the Barangay Tangbo, Arteche Eastern
Samar is free and cleared of any organization related to the communist party of the
Philippines (CPP) the new people’s army (NPA).
