Thank you for the opportunity to apply for the Real Estate Lead Management Virtual Assistant which has been posted
and advertised on Facebook. With more than 1 year of extensive industry experience paired with a well-developed field
knowledge, I believe that I am a perfect candidate for the role. What is more, I am certain that it would be a great
opportunity for me to further grow my career.

As stated in my attached resume, I am a bachelor's degree holder in Education in one of the prestigious State
Universities in the Philippines. At the state university, I pro-actively participated in multiple clubs and societies and I also
was once a student leader, leading thousands of students in the institution I was in. My studies have allowed me to
become a great team player and helped me to acquire extraordinary time management and organizational skills.

Next, I previously worked for 4 different Real Estate Company before as an Acquisition Specialist/Manager. Aside from
this, I have done tasks from acquisition to disposition. Building list from Propstream or Batch leads, Skiptracing, Adding
this list to Campaigns — SMS Campaign via Launch Control and Cold Calling via Mojo and/or Calltools —, Pre-qualifying
leads, Follow-ups, Running Comps, Sending Purchase and Sale Contracts, Calling cash buyers, Marketing deals, etc.
There, I was given the responsibility for providing beneficial support to multiple senior employees, communicating with
clients to identify their needs and goals, and researching properties. Additionally, I maintained strategic relationships
with business partners, promoted properties all over the Internet, and executed multiple clerical tasks as assigned. For
successfully closing properties with Title Companies and attorneys, also duties within budget and schedule, I have been
awarded the Employee of the Month multiple times.

Finally, I am adept at using most of the software programs necessary for the job, including but not limited to the
