Capstone Update

For my capstone project, I decided to create tutorials for mixed martial

arts, mainly the striking aspect as that is what I am experienced in.
Then, I decided that in addition to that, I will also make breakdown and
analysis videos of certain MMA fighters that I deemed worthy of having
one for; breaking down what the very best of the best do and why they
do it. So far, I have my script ready for my first video which will be
based on Petr Yan, a UFC fighter who I believe is arguably the most
complete fighter and martial artist in the organization. I will discuss why
I believe this and breakdown some of his fights, as well as the very
specific techniques that he uses in his bouts; I will also talk about him as
a person as well, as it takes a unique person to be a martial artist, let
alone one of the best in the entire world. I will be doing all of my work
on iMovie as it is a simple but effective site which has all that I need to
create this style of content. I knew right away that this is what I wanted
to do for my capstone; I love martial arts and if I can spark an interest in
whoever sees my work, then that’s when I know my project was a
complete success. I am doing something that I love for my capstone so I
have no issues going the extra mile and in depth when I need to. Next, I
just need to put the video together. I’ve got a script and I’ve got clips,
now its time to put it together.
