RESOLUTION
Termination of Office and Appointing new Individual for the position of Auditor
Board Resolution No. 2023-001

In an inserted Joint Meeting of the Executive Committee and Management

Committee of the Millennials Philippine Occidental Mindoro Chapter held on the 21st
of January 2023, the following resolutions have been approved and adopted:

WHEREAS, Mike R. De Dios, as the Auditor, has not adequately prepared MPH
OcciMin's Annual Financial and Audit Report for the year 2022;

WHEREAS, On January 16, 2023, the Chapter Head sent a notice to Ms. De Dios
to make and/or prepare a Finance and Audit Report that will be discussed at the
Strategic Planning Meeting;

WHEREAS, despite giving Ms. Mike De Dios enough time to prepare her report,
the Executive Committee did not receive a thorough and accurate report from her
end

WHEREAS, Ms. Mike R. De Dios failed to present the Chapter's Financial/Audit

Report at the strategic planning meeting held on January 21, 2023 at the OMSC - San
Jose Campus; be it:

RESOLVED, Mike R. De Dios's current position as Auditor be impeached,

effective immediately.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that, after thorough consideration and deliberation, the

Executive Committee of MPH OcciMin agrees to appoint Mr. Sid Jesse D. Manalo as
the new Auditor until June 2023.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that these resolutions shall remain in full force and effect
unless revoked or modified by a subsequent resolution duly certified by the Executive
Committee.
