    RE : RECOMMENDATION FOR FULL-FLEDGE UNIT MANAGER

    DATE : FEBRUARY 28, 2017

    This is to recommend Ms. Christy R. Singer of Digos 2 Unit to full-fledge Unit Manager
    effective March 31, 2017.
    In terms of her performance, members with loans were upped 14% from 1342 to 1530.
    Repayment rate was consistently at 100% under her management. Unit was also able to
    maintained quality record keeping while the quality loan portfolio has been given full attention.
    These were all achieved after Ms. Singer assumed the function since January 2016.
    Too, Ms. Singer showed good leadership skills in manning the operations and in fulfilling her
    managerial responsibilities like motivating staff to function effectively.
    As of February 28, 2017, all Account Officers were able to accomplish more than 90% in terms
    of members with loan. These numbers will continue to increase with the continuous guidance and
    supervision of Ms. Singer.
