Procedure:
1. Heat until water boils.
2. Keep water simmering until eggs are cooked about 18-20 minutes. To keep
yolk centered, turn egg severed times during cooking.
3. Immediately cool eggs under cold water.
4. Remove shell and pack carefully in sterilized jar.
5. Mix vinegar and sugar (1:1/2), salt to taste, red bell pepper, garlic, and
onion.
6. Immerse black pepper tied in a spice bag or sachet bag.
7. Simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Pour hot pickling solution into the jars to cover the egg completely.
9. Let stand for at least 2 weeks before serving.
