Introduction of the Project

Introduction:
These days, we can see that the women play vital role in the sector of management and from the
past few years the ration of the women are increasing. In most of the companies and organization
the impact of the ladies’ leadership is like well-played whether they are playing their role in the
top positions. In this project I am going to discuss the role of the women in the top positions and
its impact on organization/ company leadership.

Description
This project is about the women empowerment as we may notices that they play their role in the
top positions of management and the impact of their leadership is counted. If we look back in
decade, there was no common concept of women working in the organizations or companies but
currently from 2015 to onward it is noticed that the ratio of the women in the top positions is
increasing. This project is subjected to the increasing ratio of ladies in the top positioning of
management and their leadership impacts.
Rationale
The purpose of the research is to find out the impact of a women leader to an organization or a
company and to find out the difference between the role of male and female in the top
management positions. Also, we will find the gender gap and the contribution factors at backend.

Background
I am going to point it out here that according to the information given on internet “when women
hold 30% of senior management and leadership positions, the positive effects of gender diversity
begin to accumulate. However, nearly 60% of businesses fail to accomplish this goal, making it
difficult for them to reap the benefits.”

And according to the other researcher “Alice Eagly, a scholar on the topic of women's
leadership, found that women make better leaders because women tend to be more
transformational leaders — meaning that they seek to develop others and listen more
effectively, in addition to generally thinking more outside-the-box than their male counterparts.”

Objectives
The objective of this project is to find out that in Pakistan:

 How the women can promote leadership?


 What are the impacts of women leadership?
 What is the strengthen of a woman leader?
 What are the main challenges she faces during the leadership?
 What is the ratio of the women in the top management?
 The difference between the role of male and female in the top management positions.
 we will find the gender gap and the contribution factors at backend etc.

Significance
From this research project figure out the percentage of the women, working in the management
top position and may know that the positive or negative point of views of impact of their
leadership. In this way positive results may empower the women and the negative point can be
used to improve their abilities in the management sector etc.
Chapter#02

Methodology
Type of Research:
The study is quantitative because we will get data from top position ladies and gents as well so
we may differentiate the results and get maximum accurate percentage.

Data Collection Sources:


Data collection source will be primary or secondary.

Data Collection Tools/Instruments:


According to the topic data collection tool will be a questioner and will use survey scale for no
ambiguity.

Subjects/Participants:
Target population will be the top organizations or companies.

Senior level of employees will be selected for this research.

Sample size would be 20 to 30. I will use random sampling technique.

Fieldwork/Data Collection:
Data will be collected by questioner with the physical visit in organization or with E- form
submission

the quality control will be assured during data collection to make the easy and questioners and
with simple words?

It may take 4 to 5 days to collect data form organization. Yes, off course it will be collected with
the permission of the head of the organization.

Data Processing& Analysis:


When all the questioners will be gathered then enter the data into excel sheet and will do the
analysis.
