QUALITY MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Education: Degree in Engineering (electrical-electronic / mechanical).

Experience requirements:

At least 5-6 years as Quality Technician in a manufacturing / maintenance center and 2- 3


years managing teams.

Main functions
― Plan, advise, organize and supervise the work of the team.
― According with quality procedures, approve the quality requirements of all works
(products and services), made in Arabia and by suppliers, in the documents intended
for that purpose.
― Coordinate and manage the activities related to the quality and environmental
management systems of the center.
― Define and follow the quality assurance plan in offers, maintenance contracts and
new projects.
― Analyse the manufacturing and / or maintenance processes and establish the
inspection points necessary to control the final quality of the product.
― Supervise the development and results of inspections, as well as their methodology,
― measurement / calibration tools, frequency, ...
― Prepare documentation and reports required by the management and supervise and
authorize
― Declarations of conformity of the product.
― Supervise and participate in the development and outcome of internal and external
audits.
― Know, comply and enforce the quality, environmental and safety standards and
policies included
― in the Talgo’s management system, established for the activity of the center's staff.

QUALITY TECHINICIANS:

Education: Technician collage (electrical-electronic / mechanical).

Experience requirements: At least 2-3 years as Quality Technician in a manufacturing /


maintenance center.
Main functions
― Elaborate quality documentation required for inspections and tests and
documentation of the management system, as well as keeping the file and
documentation updated.
― Plan and carry out inspection operations, both in reception and in the maintenance
phases, checking their results according to the specifications and technical
requirements.
― Control and carry out equipment verification and calibration.
― Identify preventive and corrective improvement actions in processes, services,
products, etc.
― collaborating with other departments and providing solutions.
― Act as interlocutor before suppliers in case of problems in the inspection, in order to
improve the quality of the product.
― Respond to the needs of the client and act as interlocutor during the inspections
required.
― Collaborate in the improvement of processes both at the documentation level and in
the means of production and maintenance.
― Know and comply with the quality, environment and safety standards and policies
included in the Talgo’s management system, established for the activity of the
center's personnel, as well as propose any potential improvement to the responsible
technicians.
