QC COORDINATOR CRITERIA

Definition

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to ensure the Piping
Construction Project lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of piping
products that meet quality and efficiency standards. The Quality Control Coordinator
understands the client needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and
communications between Management and the Construction teams. Your responsibilities will
include performing some QC document administration and productivity construction result.
To be successful as a Quality Control Coordinator, you should have excellent communication and
listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should
understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding scientific and technical data,
especially in piping project is Test package Document and Work of Flow Test Package.

Requirement Criteria

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.


Previous experience in Piping Project or manufacturing.
Experience in Construction Engineer may be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and construction.
Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good technical and IT skills.
Can work on under pressure situation from Client or Team
Experience on Oil & Gas Project : 2 Years
Experience on Other Project : 5 Years

Quality Control Coordinator Responsibilities

Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and
the piping quality standards to the production welder and pipe fitter teams.
Devising ways to improve the Fit Up and the Welding process to ensure higher-quality goods.
Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and welding procedures for welding
products or welding processes, and training welders and Fitters to use them.
Setting the requirements for welding consumables from suppliers and monitoring their
compliance.
Supervising inspectors, welders, and other staff members and providing guidance.
Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with
health and safety guidelines.
Overseeing welding productivity development procedures to identify any deviations from
quality standards.
Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the
final products, and make good communication and information to construction team if any
rejecting the final welding products.
Keeping accurate all documentation until test package documentation and performing statistical
analysis for progress test package from input all data (DWR, PWCS/PMHS, Test Package
complete document) and make good information and communication with team construction
regarding finding visual inspection if any rejecting.
Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting
external auditors and inspector
