Solid waste management program

This program is extremely significant program in a community because it

promotes proper sanitation process, protects the people from different illnesses,
nurtures community health. Furthermore, this activity teaches our young
generations the importance of waste management.
From the song Paraiso, “Paraiso, help me make a stand”, lets continue in
making our home a better place to live in. Kudos to the LGU NUEVA ERA, for
the unending activities and programs under the Solid Waste Management.
Healthy Lifestyle
According to the World Health Organization, healthy living is a state of
complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not simply just the absence of
disease. Therefore, being healthy begins in ourselves.
The picture proves that Nueva Era people gives importance to their well-
being. A healthy Nueva Eranian means a healthy community.
Pabahay
A house is a home where a family creates happy memories. On October
2021, 64 houses have been built and given to 64 families of Nueva Era. This
program truly helped a lot of families who do not have own houses to live in.
The pabahay program is a blessing to many families that can protect them
from natural disasters and other forms of harm. Truly, Actions are Great with care
and grace in LGU- Nueva Era.
Clean & Green Program
From the Papal Letter of Pope Francis published on May 2015, “Lau Dato
Si” means “Care for Our Common Home”. It focuses on encouraging Christians
and Non- Christians to care on God’s Creation.
Clean & Green program is one of the classics yet the most significant
program of every community. I strongly believe that LGU- Nueva Era supports
this program to unite each one of us to stand and to do our part in taking care of
our environment.
