The researchers of the study wish to acknowledge with sincere and deep gratitude to the
following who in one way or another contributed to the realization of this research study.

First and foremost to the almighty god who gave them incomparable guidance and bountiful
bleesing most especially for the strength and wisdom and making this research possible

To their beloved parents who never cease to give them the much needed assistance such as
financial emotional and spiritual support to reach their endeavours.

Statement of the problem

The relationship of the daily allowance and the performance of the student.
Based in our research the allowance of the students doesnt affect their performances in the
school.

Questions:
1) What is the profile of the respondents as to their daily allowance?
2) What is the performances of the respondents as reflected to 1st semester average grade?
3) What daily allowance of the respondents is in the 3rd quartile , 7th decile and 80th percentile?
4) What performances of the respondents is in the 3rd quartile, 7th decile and 80th percentile
5) What is the relationship of the respondents daily allowance and their performance?

Sources of Data

The research was conducted to the grade 11 and 12 TVL ( Technical Vocational and Livelihood )
students of Don Eufemio F Eriguel Memorial National High School at Consolacion , Agoo , La
Union.

The researchers employ the use of slovins formula in determining the sample size. The
Reseachers have total of 105 grade 11 and 12 TVL respondents through the use of random
sampling , the needed number of respondents are identified.
Results and Discussion

This chapter presents the results , analysis and interpretation of the data gathered for the study
data gathered was summarized and presented in tabular form.

Based on our research the highest amount of allowance we have known/surveyed is 46-50 pesos
and the lowest amount belongs to 41-45,31-35 and 21-25 pesos.
Conclusion and Recommendation

Conclusion

Based on the findings of the study the following conclusion were drawn :

1) The highest amount of allowance we have surveyed is 46-50 pesos and the lowest amount
belongs to 41-45,31-35 and 21-25 pesos. On their performances , the highest average grade
belongs to 82-90 and the lowest average grade is 72-81.

2) We solve for the 3rd quartile,7th decile and 80th percentile for the allowance of the respondents
and the results are : 3rd quartile = 83.94 , 7th decile = 81.71 and 80th percentile = 86.75 same as to
their performances / grade verage and the results are : 3rd quartile = 83.94 , 7th decile = 81.71 and
80th percentile = 86.75.

3) Same as the answer of the #5 of results and discussion.

Recomendation

Based on the conclusion drawn the following recommendation are proposed :

1) Students who have difficulty in mathematics should be given more focus and attention . It is
also must consider to students preference way of learning . Teacher should provide more group
activities that are suited for learners and encourage slowness in coping with the lessons to
improve their knowledge skills and understanding.

2) Students who have good grade at mathematics should still the same and sometimes if they
have time they should teach some students who have difficulty in mathematic.
