Did the Company’s Vision and Mission Statements exhibit the characteristics of
a well-developed Vision and Mission Statements? Improve or recommend a
statement as you see fit.

The Vision and Mission statement of Jolibee quite exhibits the characteristics
of well-developed Vision and Mission statement, but I have to improve some
of the statements and turned it to how it will be perceived from Philippine
culture. Foreigners always perceived the warmth of the Filipinos by their
hospitality and they joy in their hearts.
