7 Does the workmen ensures that his coworkers also follow the safety rules while at site.
8 Does the workmen shows consciousness towards the safety gadgets issued to him from getting damaged.

Checklist for supervisor

2 Does the supervisor understands the PTP requirement given to him.
3 Does the supervisor ensures that his workmen understands the work requirement.
4 Does the supervisor ensures that the materials issued are not misused.
5 Does the supervisor implements token system among his gang.
6 Does the supervisor ensures that prior to shutdown LC has been obtained from concerned EB officials.
7 Does the supervisor ensures that all his men are using the required PPE's.
8 Does the supervisor understands the job requirement as per company standard and ensures it is followed
