We regret to inform you that your status in our organization CISSG-ACPPI has been observed to be
INACTIVE due to the following reasons:
1. Unable to attend 3 consecutive monthly meetings
2. Unable to contribute to our monthly dues
3. Unable to willingly participate in our team activities
4. Unable to provide support and dedication to the organization
5. Unable to respond and take part in the discussions at our official GC

We are now entering the new year 2023 and our Board of Directors together with the Chapter
Director/ President already made careful evaluation of each member for this whole year,
unfortunately your membership is now likely to be static.

If you wish to continue your membership in our organization, may we request you to kindly signify
your intention by marking the options below.
