1 Introduction

1.1 The purpose of this software requirements document (SRD) is to describe the features,
functionalities and system requirements of a Real Estate Management System (REMS) Web site. This
SRD covers the scope, design considerations, features and functions, specific requirements related to
development, interface integrations and so on. With proper planning and engineering a viable product
