Technology has become an essential part of our daily activities. The importance of Technology in
the learning language process is vital for teachers. As Ahmadi (2018) mentions, "Technology has
always been an important part of teaching and learning environment. It is an essential part of the
teachers' profession through which they can use it to facilitate learners' learning." Working with
minors is a challenge, and teachers must get prepared for that. Since the pandemic, we had to work
online, and for that reason, teachers cannot check on students like when it was a face-to-face class.
I believe that Technology will help facilitate learning English because students can work
Working in a collaborative environment is vital for learning and improving English because
students share their knowledge with their peers and exchange feedback. As (Warni et al. (n.d)
mention, "Technology provides an opportunity for students to study independently and collaborate
with their peers." One of my favorite and also students' favorite activities in class is the Roleplay
game. The book that we used in classes came with many stories and role-played activities. I used
to create breakrooms in the zoom, and students practice conversations while I go through each
breakroom and check where they have pronunciation problems. I loved when they interact in class
with enthusiasm, and I have noticed that they do it because they felt free to talk and were not
worried about the teacher interrupting them or pointing their mistakes to the rest of the class.
Another main reason why Technology has helped to facilitate learning English is that students can
work autonomously. Due to the online class's students have been forced to work with Technology
every day. When the pandemic started, teachers, parents, and students had to get familiar with the
school's website for the scholar year. Schoology was a great website with many tools that helped

teachers create online activities and control each student. Students got familiar with the website
quickly. It was also great because they can access the website anytime. They had to learn how to
upload their homework, comment on forums, and upload videos or audios. In this way, students
had the power to manage their time. It gave them the autonomy of practice as many times as they
wanted.
Technology became an essential part of our lives, and it has helped students have the chance to
collaborate more between them in classes, and they were also more in charge of their autonomous
work.
