    Subject: Warning against inappropriate behaviour (Alcohol Consumption)

    Dear Mr. Bamusi,

    This letter confirms the verbal warning given on the 15 th of August 2021. The verbal warning is
    regarding the consumption of alcohol and causing discomfort among your fellow employees. In this
    case the matter was investigated and Abraham (Witness) confirmed of the behaviour. Your
    supervisor (Levison) also confirmed of the incident.

    Please note if such an offense is conducted again you will receive a strong written warning. In this
    company, we do not tolerate such behaviour by our employees and you are being formally warned
    that should such behaviour continue, strict action will be taken against you.
