As our Finance Administrator in The Philippines, your
mission is to:

● Carry out billing, collection and administrative aspects for our

Global Teams product
● Assist in the creation of new customers and billing templates
in the ERP system when they are onboarded to the product
● Process payments and invoices accurately and within
expected time periods
● Be the key point of contact for client queries relating to
Global Teams invoicing, providing accurate and exceptional
service
● Collate critical information from internal and external
sources,
● Act with urgency and respond to last-minute changes or
requests
● Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
