Activity

This weeks activity will be a reflection. Find a comfortable, quite place and sit for a minute,
almost like you would if you were meditating. During this time, ask yourself the following
questions;
- How are you feeling today?
- What is on my mind?
- Is what is on my mind affecting my mental health?
- What can I do to make myself happy?
Once you ask yourself these questions, reflect on your answers and ask yourself one more
question; Do you think you are mentally healthy?

Discussion

Research mental health and explain why mental health is important. Include what you think is
the most important aspect of mental health and why? Can it be treated? What are the
treatments out there?
