I N T R O D U C T I O N
Goals &
DELIVER TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD was established in April 2nd. 2008 with initial paid-up capital of RM300,000.00.
The company is a registered license travel agency under Minister of Tourism as travel agency to operate inbound,
outbound and airlines ticket reservation for domestic and overseas. The company was set-up by 2 well experienced
directors in managing the tourism businesses. In due time the company now had raised the paid-up capital to
RM600,000.00 in order to be more competitive in the tourism industry.
From the year of inception, the company had gained recognition from Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) which had
been awarded with outstanding sales agent with gold award for the year of 2009 & 2010 and diamond award for
year 2011 to 2013 and appreciation awards from the various government agencies.
Deliver Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is an accredited member of International Air Transport Association (IATA) which we
had qualified and comply with the professional standard of IATA requirements.
We at DELIVER TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD, have been trusted in operating the transportation task and
accommodation to several government agencies and government link company to assist and provide the air, land
transportation and accommodation either domestic or overseas. Notwithstanding to provide this services to countries
such as Middle East, Central Asia, Europe and United States.

the management, e ciency and visionary will be able to meet all the needs and interests of the customers. The high
quality services will provide maximum returns and continuous service satisfaction by the customers. We are
concerned about the consumer’s demand and will do our best to provide outstanding services by giving maximum

The trust given by the government and GLC upper management, we now had escalated our business by introducing
tour packages tailored made to cater the need of VIP and low budget tour for all sort of society where in line with the
slogan of AirAsia, “Now everybody can fly”. We are also prepared to join tourism promotion programmes such as
MATTA fairs, Tourism Malaysia tour programme inbound and outbound.
