Chairman – Shadath Hossain

Shadath Hossain Sagor has been a pioneer in the aviation industry since 1998. He currently holds the Chair
position of SAir Air BD LTD, Nonagon BD LTD, Othooy International LTD, and Managing Director of Skylight
Travels LTD. He was the founding member on establishing SAir AIR BD LTD with the addition of Himalaya
Airlines, the first Nepal based airlines to operate in Bangladesh. He was also instrumental in expanding aviation
technology and PSA partnerships. Mr. Hossain started his career in a travel agency as a sales executive, and soon
his management skill quickly took him to the pinnacle of success. He left his footprint of success in several
companies like Dynamic Travels, FCM, Golden Air and CWT by securing corporate and high governing bodies.

In Dubai, he holds the Managing Director position for an emerging Marketing company
“Reimagine Marketing Management”. Shadath Hossain holds multiple professional degrees
in Reservation and Tourism, as well as Post Graduate Degree from National University.

Director – Mohammad Moniruzzaman

Mohammad Moniruzzaman (Rose) is an innovative professional with 17+ years of progressive experience
within the Apparel industry and the skills to drive business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential, and
manage all aspects of daily business operations. Mr. Moniruzzaman is the Director of SAir AIR BD LTD with
complete hands-on in day-to-day operations. He is also the Chairman of Nelachol City Agro Ltd and an investor
in multiple restaurants. Previous to SAir AIR BD LTD, he has worked in several multinational companies like
Target, Kmart, and Axstores. His innovative marketing skill leads his management position in several local
companies like Beximco and Sepal group. He is a team leader and leads the team to the desired destination.
Mohammad Moniruzzaman (Rose) has completed his Master's Degree in Social Science from Dhaka University.
Simultaneously achieved a postgraduate degree in commerce from National University, Bangladesh.

Advisor – Rehan A Asad

Rehan A Asad-A global citizen, Post graduated from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). He served in
many top-leading IT companies like Nokia, Simens, and AT&T.
Currently involved with the UN as Chief of Staff – of Nobel prize-winning UN Food Programmer and also
working as Chief Program Officer – Dubai Expo 2020. Under Mr. Rehan's guidance, SAir AIR BD LTD plans
to grow further into one of the biggest GSSA companies in Bangladesh.
