ACQUAINTANCE PARTY

Title of the Activity: Binyag Rosarians

Date & Time: October 7, 2022 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Venue: Grandstand/Mo. Rosario Hall
Organizers: Rosarian Student Government Officers
Core Values: Joy, Excellence, and Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary

I. Rationale:
The Acquaintance Party is one of the most eagerly awaited occasions among
learners. The Binyag Rosarians is designed to allow participants to meet, and get
to know one another in a non-threatening environment. This also provides an
open environment for conversation and teamwork among the learners.

Moreover, the Lumen Forum/Domnet Club officers will also be distributing a

rosary to all the learners to instill among them the value and importance of our
devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The Rosarian Student Government Officers will create the Binyag Rosarians in
cooperation with our RSG Advisor. This initiative aims to welcome new learners
and foster friendship and collaboration among the students. This also serves as
an opportunity for learners to interact with other students outside of their
particular class and circle of friends. Additionally, this occurrence will serve as an
official documentation proving they are Rosarian by blood.

II. Objectives:

This activity aims to:

 Welcome new learners and foster friendship and collaboration among the
students.
 Serve as an opportunity for learners to interact with other students
outside of their particular class and circle of friends.
 Serve as an official documentation proving they are Rosarians by blood
and virtue.
 Breed friendships, unity, and belongingness among Rosarian learners.

IV. Guidelines for the Binyag Rosarians:

Teachers and Learners must:

 Follow the “No Bag Challenge” meaning typical bags that are
used in going to school are prohibited.

Reasons behind the No Bag Challenge:

1. Binyag Rosarian is about welcoming new learners and
making this event a memorable moment for them, so
that they may encourage new learners to join our
school.
2. This is an out-of-the-ordinary event making teachers
and learners engage more in this activity, and also
test their creativity.
3. Could be one of the highlights of the event as it also
corresponds with our core value, which is the value of
joy.
 Wear pants and t-shirts in their respective colors.
 Bring a white t-shirt, jersey shorts, and extra clothing in the
afternoon for the stationary games for the JHS/SHS learners and
parlor games for the Elementary. They should also wear something
that would distinguish their members apart from the other groups.
For instance, a color-matched bandana, ribbons, bracelet, etc.
 Prepare a minimum of 2 minutes of cheers and yells to
introduce their group. The use of background music, drums, and
other creative materials is allowed.
 Follow the rules and mechanics of each game given by the
RSG Officers in each station or area.
