As a part of the course curriculum, the second year B.B.A Semester-IV students are required
to prepared a project report. The objective behind preparing this preparing this project report
is to relate the management subjects taught in the classroom to their practical application.

The preparation of this report on facts and findings noted during the industrial visit,
information received from written and published documents and briefing by company
executives.

The scope of the project report is limited to the study of the company in light of its different
departments which are specific to nature of their organization and do not fall in the traditional
categories of departmentalization.

INTRODUCTION

“AGRIMAX INTERNATIONAL” is a small scale industry. India is a


developing country. Large scale industry play most important part in Indian economy.it
provide employment and gives trade to is one of the greatest tools to develop country.

Keeping this in mind government is also active to develop small scale


industry in country. So that big companies can also of develop and as increasing number of
companies provides employment to many people through which standard of living increases.

HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT

“AGRIMAX INTERNATIONAL” was incorporated in the year 2005.


As a small scale unit. This company is busy with exporting sesame seeds across the world
company was started by taking all initial stapes to compit with present market requirements
whether it is constructing large infrastructure for cleaning sesame seeds in own premises
using latest equipment’s of “ Buhler,Sortex,Destoner”.

Too short period to create history, gut within this short period. The
industry has achieved valuable as a small scale unit. It is day by day progress has reached to
greater.

RAW MATERIAL

In any production process, the basic things required are raw-


materials. Production planning departments calculate the total raw material required. It is
very important to get sufficient raw material sufficient time the raw material which is used by
the industry must easily and available with large quantity and better quality with because it
helps in reducing transportation cost.

STORE KEEPING

Store management is that aspect of material control concerned directly


with the physical store of the goods. As there is a time gap between the point of receiving and
the point of issue of material it becomes inevitable to store the material.

Proper and adequate storage facilities should be provided for all types of
material according to their specific requirement. The space should be checked frequently and
entry should to restrict to authorized person only.

“AGRIMAX INTERNATIONAL” also provide with the store room


where the excess of raw material is stores and also the finished goods are stored in for 2-3
day before they are dispatched off.

pay of workers on the basis of their presence therefore time keeping system is an important

time.

The planning of the being required by the company to countinue its


activities, not only at the time of incorporation but also for the diversification, modernization
and expansion etc.

The capital is also used for carrying on the routine activities of the company.
Not only this, the finance is also running the routing the business activities successfully.

There are two types of financial planning:

CAPITAL STRUCTURE

The structure of various sources of capital is called capital


structure. The term capital structure refers to the proportion of debt and equity capital. It can
be legitimately expected that if the capital structure of the financing leverage decision affect
the firm should select such a financing mix as well as maximize the shareholders wealth.
Such a capital structure is refered as the optimum capital structure

CAPITALIZATION

It means the total accounting value of all the capital regularly employed
in the business. It includes ownership capital borrowed capital and other sources.

There are three types of capitalization


1. Over capitalization
2. Under capitalization
3. Normal capitalization

 Over capitalization:
A company is said to be over capitalization when the earning are not large
enough to yield a fair return of the amount of the share capital.

 Under capitalization:
A company is said to be under capitalization when the rate of return on the
capital is exceptionally high in relation to the value of the assets is more than the capital
raised.
Looking to the above stated types and their characteristic, we can conclude
AGRIMAX INTERNATIONAL is a firm with normal of fair capitalization.

 Normal capitalization:
A company is said to be normal capitalization way that smoothly. It is

polish the sesame seed.

and its staff. So, there is no requirement of any suggestion but some suggestion as follows:
They should employ professionals in this field.
They should give advertisement through media and medium.
The company should increase its brand market in other state in India.
I would like to suggest that the unit should go for brand awareness;
expand their advertisements on the television etc. However, it would be just proper if they
continue with profit.
