As a part of the course curriculum, the second year B.B.A Semester-IV students are required
to prepared a project report. The objective behind preparing this preparing this project report
is to relate the management subjects taught in the classroom to their practical application.
The preparation of this report on facts and findings noted during the industrial visit,
information received from written and published documents and briefing by company
executives.
The scope of the project report is limited to the study of the company in light of its different
departments which are specific to nature of their organization and do not fall in the traditional
categories of departmentalization.
My work in this project is, therefore, a humble attempt towards this end.

A company is said to be normal capitalization way that smoothly. It is
being able to pay the return to the person, who has invested in it us pay sufficient salaries to

the customer secure 100% satisfaction.
To produce two types of sesame seeds one is white and another one is black. They
polish the sesame seed.

quality.
The company administrates all the department quite efficiency and effectively as
a result the industry is running with profit since the year of commencement.
The managements has good industrial relation with the employees and
workers, they are also given the benefits like provident fund, bonus, etc. thus, we can say it
sent a good example to the rest. The professional managements who are of the popular
principles and practice of the management are managing the company.
