1. Which personal traits do I possess? Not possess? Where do I need
improvement in? - I aim to grow holistically as a teacher in the future because I know that achieving empowers me and plays an important role in facilitating student learning. I already have personal traits and I am grateful, one of those is listening in a situation in which someone has experience difficulties in life, needs a shoulder to cry on, to listen, a person is not judgmental instead a person can understand them. I am a teacher who always observed where my students struggle to help themselves to perform gradually towards great. I, too, have a friendly demeanor. I am not that good in communication skills especially speaking English, which is one of my personal flaws and I think that is one of the personal traits that needs improvement. 2. Which professional competencies am I strongly capable of demonstrating? - To be honest, creative problem solving is one of the professional skills that I can demonstrate very well. I don't claim to be that good, but I can assure them that I can handle it. I can come up with solutions to problems. I can say that I am capable of problem solving. In short, I can analyze things, make decisions and solve problems. 3. In which competencies do I need to develop more? - As a future teacher, I should strive to attain competencies to be the best teacher. Teachers want to leave an imprint of himself/herself and I want too as well. Regarding professional skills, I think the global perspective is what I should focus on and my time. So that I can follow the global teaching trend. Also, so that I can apply innovations in my own teaching style in the future. Overall, I need to work on expanding my perspective. 4. Who are the teachers that we remember most? - For me, the teacher I remember the most is an ideal teacher, a role model, an influencer and a person who manipulates his professions to change a student's life, a teacher draws inspiration into hearts and minds. The teacher is committed to sharing whatever he can share for further learning. My mind never forget being how they are, who I am today doing my best that makes me motivated to be like they are just because of themselves.
