안녕하세요!

I am Ryanna Jade Beatriz and I am one of the students in

the Good morning Korean Class/program. I am one of the students in the
Philippines who are studying Korean and I have been studying for almost 2 years. I
chose to study Korean not just because I love watching K-dramas but also because
I am really interested in learning Korean, especially their culture and it can also be
a great opportunity and credentials for me too to learn the Korean language.
Studying Korean at the beginning is not that easy for me, since we held Korean
classes online before. I went through many challenges to learn Korean, but
honestly, there are days that it's not hard for me to study Korean because studying
Korean is fun and I have learned so many things about Korean culture. After I
passed the Korean beginner test I am really happy since I have passed the test and
that it means I can understand Korean as a beginner. Many weeks passed by and I
still couldn't believe that I am one of those students whose chosen to be part of this
program. This program helps me a lot in my journey in learning Korean. I am very
thankful to Filipino teachers Ms. Rose Ann Asis, Mrs. Katrina Calderon and Ms.
Ma. Eirish Zulueta for guiding me in my journey of learning Korean and I am
thankful because they're always on our side to support us every single day of
learning Korean and thank you for all the extra efforts you make to help us grow,
and the challenges you encourage us to face and to help us become who we are. I
would like to also say thank you to 선생님 김성희. I enjoyed having a Korean
class with you. I am really thankful for having you as one of my teacher in Good
morning Korean program, I appreciate your dedication as a teacher to teach us the
best and I am really grateful for everything that you and the Korean students
prepared to teach us, and I really appreciate on how you try your best to teach us
no matter how hard it is. 한국어를 배우기 위한 여정을 안내해주시고 한국어
수업을 재미있게 해주셔서 정말 감사합니다. I really love on how we interact to
each other every Saturday and on how we communicate to each other using Korean
language. You can’t imagine on how happy and grateful I am right now all I just
want to say is thank you for all of your hard work, thoughtfulness, creativity,
caring and sharing your knowledge and expertise, and for taking on the challenge
of teaching us with grace and love. I still can’t believe that our class end already,
time has passed so quickly. But I am grateful for making memories with you 선생
님 김성희 and with the other Korean students. You and the Korean students play
such an important part to all of us in guiding us in our journey. It was a pleasure to
meet all of you! 모든 것에 정말 감사합니다. 우리가 만들고 공유하는 모든 추
억을 소중히 간직하겠습니다.
I have explored and learned so many things that make me proud of myself for
winning many challenges and making myself to go this far. I always remind myself
by saying this quote "always have faith in yourself." This quote is one of the things
why I am motivated about everything that I do because reminding myself about
this quote makes me feel better that having a faith in myself means that I have the
confidence to take action and get things done. I didn’t just learn Korean this year
but I also learn to work hard. I discovered that all of hard works pays off if you put
an effort to it. So I put a lot of effort on every things that I do. To be honest, I don’t
have the confidence and courage that I have right now than before. This program
helps me to focus on myself and that’s when I discovered to work hard, that’s why
this program really helps me a lot and teach me to become a better person not to
impress people but to grow for myself.

Being part of the Good morning Korean program is one of the good things that
happened to me this year. Being in this program is a grateful thing for me, it gives
a big impact on as a student who’s learning Korean. I promise to study hard and I
will keep the lessons that I’ve learned from this program. 여기까지 올 수 있도록
도와주셔서 정말 감사드리고, 함께 만들고 나눈 추억 잊지 않겠습니다. 저는
열심히 공부해서 이 프로그램을 통해 얻은 교훈을 지킬 것을 약속합니다.

Dear 조윤정,
안녕하세요 언니 조윤정! 첫 만남이 좀 어수선했던 게 기억나요 서로
를 이해할 수 없어서... 하지만 당신은 힘들어도 나와 소통하려고 노력
하고, 나는 그것에 대해 감사하게 생각합니다. I am really grateful
that you're my partner in this program, 여러 가지로 고마워요. I
am so lucky that you ’re my partner because I am amazed by your
patience when there are times that I couldn’t understand you . I
am really thankful for having you <3 I won't forget the moments and
memories that we create and share together! 저는 언젠가 당신을 만나기를 희
망합니다! Take care of yourself and always eat healthy foods! 당신이 나를 필
요로 할 때 나는 항상 여기에 있어요! And don’t forget to try the adobo and
duck egg if you have the chance to visit Philippines! Goodluck on your studies
