一、 准备工具 preparation of tools

1.100～110 R spanner （拆装导套使用工具） using for disassembly giude sleeve

2.5mm allen wrench （拆装活塞螺母使用工具）using for disassembly piston nut
3.iron needle （拆装杆封使用工具） using for disassembly rod seals
4. copper bar （辅助工具） assistive tool

二、拆解步骤 Disassembly steps

1.油缸总成 cylinder assembly

拆解 disassembly
准备工作 preparation work
将油缸放置于压力机平台，缸底端固定。 1-1. remove the front and rear port plugs, covering the ports with
a plastic bag and tape, moving the piston rod once to discharge
place the cylinder at the platform of press machine,

1-3.hammering the loose buckle of the guide sleeve 1-2. to avoid damaging during disassembly

 use R spanner to disassembly the guide sleeve, split the piston and
guide sleeve from cylidner tube.
1-4.用 R 扳手拆解导套，将活塞杆与导套从缸筒中拆出。

1-5.用洁净的塑料袋和扎带将缸筒口部包扎，防止异物
use cleaning plastic bag and cable tie tighten the cylinder port to prevent any small articles enter into it.

remove it together with the guide sleeve.

3.导套 guide sleeve

拆解 disassembly
主密封圈（杆封） main seal(rod seal)
3-1.用铁针抵住密封圈上边缘，将铁针伸入到密封圈槽 use steel needle press against the bottom of seal, and through a whole
