1.6 释放钩被打开。

The hook will be released.

主手压泵手柄操作次数不应超过 13 次，如释放钩未能正常
释放则启动应急手压泵打开释放钩。
注意 The normal pump handle should not be operated more than 13 times.
In case the hook is not released, follow emergency operations.
Note

2、应急释放操作（艇艉部）Emergency operations(Aft of the boat)

2.1 拔出释放钩装置上的安全销。
Remove safety pin on the hook.
2.2 旋紧阀门“N1”及旋松阀门“E1”
。

Screw on“N1”and unscrew“E1”.

2.3 旋紧阀门“E3”
。

Screw on“E3”.

2.4 打开应急手压泵安全环“E2”
。

Pull out the handle safety ring“E2”.

2.5 操作应急手压泵手柄 10～12 次驱动液压油缸打开释放钩。

Pump inside emergency release cylinder by operating the emergency pump

handle 10～12 times.

2.6 释放钩被打开。

The hook will be released.

3. 释放钩复位操作 Recovery operations

3.1 复位吊钩至原始位置，确保吊钩根部完全被制动块锁定。

Righting the hook at lock position, ensure that the hook tail have been complete
entered to the groove of stopper.

3.2 旋松阀门“N3”,此时释放钩装置吊钩被锁定。(如使用应急手压

（Ⅰ）安全及注意事项 Safety and notice

(1)人员在使用本装置前，应当熟悉本手册，了解本装置的结构与

性能，按照本手册的说明，进行操作使用与维护保养。
Operator should be familiar with this manual before operation, and know the
structure and function, then operating and maintaining as per the description
of the manual.

(2)只有专业人员才能进行装置的维修、更换、年检等工作。
The maintenance, replacement of device, annual inspection and so on should
only be done by professional.

（Ⅱ）概述 General Information

SH70 释放钩装置是按照 1974 年国际海上人命安全公约 1996

年修正案及 SOLAS 最新规范要求设计的。

SH70 Release Mechanism is designed and manufactured according to the

current requirements of SOLAS 1974 and its amendments 1996.

本释放钩装置在发货之前已经调试完毕，在没有理解本手册前，

严禁对吊钩装置做任何的更动。

The release mechanism will be finished test before delivering. Forbid operating
it until reading and understanding this manual.

本释放钩装置的安全工作负荷为 40KN。

The release mechanism’s SWL is 40KN.

（Ⅲ）系统原理 System Diagram

（Ⅳ）操作说明 Operating Instruction

需严格按照以下操作说明操作，打开释放钩操作前须确保

吊钩安全销在正确的锁定位置、液压操作系统完好等，不

1、正常释放操作（驾驶员处）Normal operations(Near driver seat)
1.1 拔出释放钩装置上的安全销。
Remove safety pin on the hook.
1.2 旋开阀门“N1”及旋紧阀门“E1”
。

Unscrew“N1”and screw on“E1”.

1.3 旋紧阀门“N3”
。

Screw on“N3”.

1.4 打开主手压泵安全环“N2”
。

Pull out the handle safety ring“N2”.

1.5 操作主手压泵手柄 10~12 次驱动液压油缸打开释放钩。

Pump inside normal release cylinder by operating the normal pump handle 10～
12 times.
 泵释放吊钩时，则旋松阀门“E3”)。

Unscrew“N3”and the hook will be locked. (If used the emergency hand pump
release the hook, then loosen the valve "E3")

3.3 插入释放钩装置安全销锁定吊钩装置。

Insert the safety pin of hook into original position.

（Ⅴ）结构简述 Structure brief

本释放钩装置主要由吊钩本体、吊钩轴、吊架、制动块、制动块

轴、安全销等组成，其与液压控制系统一起组成自由降落式救生艇释

放系统。

The Release Mechanism mainly consists of hook body、hook shaft、bracket、brake

block、brake shaft、safety pin and etc., it will constitute with hydraulic system to
whole free fall lifeboat release system.
1、吊钩本体：装置的主要受力结构件，用于连接艇架吊艇环。

Hook body: it`s the main structural member, using for connecting with suspension
ring of davit.

2、吊钩轴：用于支撑吊钩本体用，吊钩本体在解除约束后可在其上

自由旋转。

Hook shaft: it`s used for supporting hook body. If remove constraint, hook body could
be free rotated on it.

3、吊架：用于支撑释放装置零部件用，其连接于救生艇艇体上。

Bracket: it`s used for supporting releasing device which is connected with lifeboat
body.

4、制动块：用于约束吊钩本体用，其一端连接液压控制系统油缸，

在油缸的作用下制动块可沿制动块轴做旋转运动，即控制吊钩本体的
锁定或打开。

Brake block: it`s used for restricting hook body which one end will connect with
hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic control system, brake block could rotate along with
brake shaft driven by hydraulic cylinder, viz. control the lock or open of hook body .

5、制动块轴：用于支撑制动块用，制动块在液压油缸的作用下可在

其上旋转。

Brake shaft: it`s used for supporting brake block which will rotate under the action of
hydraulic cylinder.

6、安全销: 防止吊钩意外打开，对释放钩装置起到保险作用。

Safety pin: it`s used for preventing accidental open and protect the release hook
device.
（Ⅵ）保养检查 Maintenance and Inspection

为了保证系统的正常，船员必须正确定期地对该系统进行检查和

维护。请参考下面几点：

In order to ensure the normal system, crew should inspect and maintain the hook
mechanism correctly and regularly as the following items.

1、释放钩装置的活动部件需每月及时润滑，检查活动部件是否干净，

操作是否灵活。如果有杂物，及时清理。

Movable parts on hook device should be lubricated with grease every month and
Check if movable parts clean and operation agile. Clean it if there are sundries. See
the following drawing .

2、检查当吊钩处于锁定状态时吊钩本体及吊架上的绿色锁紧标识应

对齐，如锁紧标记未对齐则查找原因并解决。

Check if green locking marks on hook body and bracket are aligned when hook
will be at locking condition. Please find out the reason and solve it if marks are not
aligned.

3、检查并确保吊钩根部与制动块间隙不得大于 3mm，当该间隙大

于 3mm 时，需查找原因并解决。

Check and ensure that the gap between the root of the hook and the brake block is no
more than 3mm. Please find out the reason and solve it if the gap are more than 3mm.

4、检查在吊钩装置复位状态下，控制系统油缸是否完全收缩复位，

如未完全复位则需清理附着在油缸缸杆上的异物，并用润滑油液润

滑，使其完全复位。

Check whether the cylinder of the control system is fully reset, if it is not completely
reset, clean the cylinder rod and lubricate it with lubricating oil to make it completely
reset.

5、本释放钩装置应每半年维护保养一次，操作人员分别用主手压泵

及应急手压泵操作释放检查系统的操作性，按照润滑点示意图对释放
钩装置进行润滑以确保本装置处于最佳工作状态。

The release mechanism should be maintained for half of one year. the helmsman
operates both normal operation and emergency release to check the maneuverability
of the whole mechanism. The mechanism should be lubricated with grease in
accordance with the lubricating points to make it in its working condition.

6、检查释放系统中液压控制系统的管路中是否有空气、泄露问题，

如有则须排出空气、补油，必要时更换管路，保证操作手压泵手柄

10～12 次即可打开释放钩。

Check whether there is air or leakage in oil pipe of hydraulic system of the main
release mechanism., if yes, exhaust air and fill oil, operate the handle of manual pump
for10~12 times until normal release.

1.使用艇架的试验绳索连接艇辅助吊架与艇架眼板后可检

查及维护释放钩装置。

Use the wire rope of the davit connect the lifeboat and davit on AUX.
Hook Shaft, then carry out check and maintenance of the release
mechanism.

2.液压系统的月度检查必须在准备就绪的情况下进行。

Monthly inspection on the hydraulic system must be carried out to

ensure its readiness for operation.
注意
3.所有的活动部件必须每月润滑保养。
Note
All moving parts must also be oiled monthly.

4.关于本系统的训练/试验须按 SOLAS 规范要求进行。

Training/Launching of the system must be carried out according to

SOLAS requirements.

7、磨损量检测 Abrasions inspection

 释放钩装置在长期受力和使用后活动摩擦部件会不可避免的产生

磨损，为了您的安全，必须强制性定期检查维护。

Active friction parts will appear abrasions unavoidably after long bearing force and
operation for release hook device. In order to ensure your safety, regular inspection
and maintenance should be carried out compulsively.

释放装置受力零部件磨损到一定程度后释放钩可能会自

动打开。这对救生艇及操作人员是非常危险的。因此必须

Release hook maybe opened automatically after bearing accessories

Warning
of release device appear a certain extent abrasions. It`s very
dangerous for lifeboat and operator. So abrasions should be
controlled strictly.
