can you give me a quiet place?

Resepsionis : Okay, Mrs. Rina, so you want to book a place for meeting and lunch
right? if you ask for a place that is quite quiet for important talks, I
will give you a place on the 3rd floor which is very quiet with the
addition of a sea view that you can all enjoy. May I know when is
the exact date you want?

Mrs. Rina :I would like to reserve a seat for March 3rd and there
will be about 50 people coming

Resepsionis : fine, I'll prepare a place for you.

Do you want a special lunch as a menu?

Mrs. Rina : i would like you to prepare steak and

strawberry pudding for dessert,
oh yes please also prepare various fruit juices
and cold drinks like colas
