Recipe:

 Dash of Lemon

 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into thin strips

 1/2 cup frozen petite peas, thawed

 1 tablespoon olive oil

 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

 1 garlic clove, minced

 1 teaspoon sugar

 1/8 teaspoon salt

 1/8 teaspoon dried basil

 1/8 teaspoon pepper

 1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce
