    Transitions: The Chair of the Steering Committee and host organization will transition, a new

    Chairperson will be elected, and a new host organization will be agreed upon. The secretariat
    should also be discussions around a new Strategic Plan and an evaluation on the previous
    strategic plan to see if the set objectives were achieved and close out the 2022 activities.
